The traditional alpine descent will take place on 13 September 2025.
Meeting point for helpers and visitors at 9:00 a.m. at the lower hut, with departure at 9:15 a.m. towards the Alpenblick restaurant. There you can enjoy an aperitif, kindly offered by the Alpe Hannig Foundation and the Alpenblick restaurant, next to the grazing goats.

Around 10:30 a.m., the procession continues to Saas-Fee.
With more than 100 goats, this parade is a unique cultural experience, rarely seen nowadays. The route leads along a beautiful trail with a gentle ascent through the larch forest.

Upon arrival in Saas-Fee, all participants and helpers are invited to a convivial gathering.
