Ftan is located on a sun terrace 1600 metres above sea level. We look forward to welcoming you to our organic sheep and goat farm. Somewhat apart, we have an organic garden. You´ll find us on the outskirts of the village in a peaceful setting. On the mezzanine and on the 1st floor are our two nearly identically designed holiday flats, with seating in the garden. Our family lives on the 2nd floor. The barn and the hay barn are attached to the house; in the summer, our animals are up on the Alp. The herb garden is also available to our guests for their use.

The area around Ftan offers many walking and hiking opportunities. The chairlift is in operation in summer and winter, and it´s accessible by foot in 10 minutes (ski region Motta Naluns Scuol Ftan Sent). From the chairlift summit station, an attractive sledge run leads to Ftan. The cross-country skiing trail and Kinderland Sainas (Sainas Children´s World) are 2 minutes by foot. Both Scuol, with its adventure pool, and the National Park are very easily accessible by public transport.

From the main entrance, you come directly into the mezzanine-level flat. The large hallway leads into the living room, with sofa, table and chairs, or across to the large bedroom with double bed (and room for a cot, which can be provided) and the 2 smaller bedrooms, one with a bunk bed and the other with 2 beds. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub (with shower) and WC. The large bedroom also leads directly to a garden sitting area.

The 1st-floor flat is accessible through the back entrance. The flat is about the same size, around 100 sq.m., and is similarly furnished (minus bunk bed). The garden sitting area is accessible by the stairway.

Season: Beginning of June – end of October; mid-December – 2 weeks after Easter.

Price per day: Summer CHF 100; winter CHF130, including electricity and water.
